- Every Saturday for June and July we will have a 2.0 workout from 8:10 – 8:40 (after our beatdown & during the Fia workout). - I will be posting a CSAUP event for Labor Day weekend with in the next week. We are going to do something a little different than last years Camel Hump, in attempt to get guys that may not enjoy Rucking but want to experience a challenge.

Final thoughts:
Since we are going into this Memorial Day it is only fitting to give a shout out to the men and women who have and continue to serve this country. They are the ones that have given us the freedom and ability to congregate together in the gloom, post GIFs without fear, and live lives of prosperity without the worry of foreign invasion. They have given so much to allow us to enjoy our lives here in America, so even though we should thank them more than we do on a daily basis, make sure you do a little extra for those who have made the choice to serve this country that we call home.
We are blest to have many of them among us. If you are blessed enough to share the COT and BOM with these men on Memorial day as we perform Murph at various locations, make them know that you appreciate their service and sacrifice. They likely won’t want the recognition, that is just not there style, and that is just another reason these and all of the people who have served deserve it.
