Warmup: Mosey to the upper parking lot for some Side Straddle Hops, Squats, Merkins, and Lunges.
The Thang: At the upper parking lot suicides with hand release merkins at every divider. Increase by 5. Ended with 30. Now go and grab a rock for some four corners at the lot. Starting with 10 overhead lunges with your rock. Next mosey sans rock to the next corner for 20 sky squats and touch the ground. Followed by 30 merkins and 40 LBC’s. Hold your rock over head waiting for the 6. Rinse and Repeat. The pax finished with a suicide burpees.
Mosey back to the flag for 1 minute of Mary.
