Preamble:

As we are all feeling the strain of COVID-19, we might miss the otherwise important normal passages of time.  Since the first day of Spring was this week, YHC decided to contrive a beatdown with lots of jumping and springing activity in honor of the vernal equinox.  Hopefully, next year’s vernal equinox will be normal with COVID-19 banished.  10 brave souls appeared in the gloom and light rain for another Seles beatdown.  This time with some new exercises thrown in given all the time YHC had on his hands to review the F3 Nation website in preparation.

COT:

Green Bean took us out.

Lots of discussion on keeping F3 Shadow in operation (or not).  Consensus seems to be that as long as we’re outside and keeping adequate spacing, exercise is important for our sanity during this crisis.  We did agree that Convergence next Saturday at Piedmont park should probably be postponed due to the conspicuous nature of the larger group.  This opens up next Saturday again for a Q.  BiBo had previously signed up for it, so we should give him first dibs on picking it back up.

Fireballs suggested giving blood, if you can, to help the situation.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Good to see everyone is still healthy and active.  We modified Coffeeteria by getting our drinks anywhere then meeting at the seating area in front of Fresh Market (nice idea Fireballs! – and Jessica).  Good conversation mostly around the coronavirus and assorted relevant issues.  SYITG!
