With The Masters in full effect today, YHC decided to throw in some creativity in our beatdown today. Let’s mosey!!
1 mile run for our drive through the long parking lot fairway. We landed on the playground for a spectacular drive for warm-up.
We rounded out our warm up with 10 pull ups and Ab roll-outs- P1 does 10 pull ups while P2 does Ab roll-out AMRAP-rotate.
We hit our 5 iron to the cross walk and grabbed some generous coupons for some Bear crawls/crab walk and some exercises. P1 does Bear crawl to end of crosswalk and crab walk back, while P2 does kettle bell swings x 20. Rotate. Rinse and repeat and substitute skull crushers for exercise AMRAP and rotate.
With our bodies feeling huge and our shoulders bulging we started our Dora 1-2-3 of 100 merkins, 200 squat thrusts, and 300 curls. P1 runs and P2 starts exercises. We were running short on time so we shortened our curls to 200 reps.
Chip shot into the Pavillon for a “Bring Salley up” routine of leg lifts!
We finished our Mary with some classic Freddy Mercury compliments of Picker x15 and Dying Cockroach x 18.
Picker and I talked of different ways to start eh’ing more sad clowns. A few prospects that should be joining us soon.
