We each chose a coupon for the day
Standing under the stairs, each PAX in turn run up and down the stairs while the remaining PAX workout with the coupon. When the 4th PAX comes down we switch exercise. First round was Curls, second American Hammer (with the coupon) and third round Skull Crushers.
We went up the stairs doing Calf Raises with the coupons in hand. First step – 1 calf raise, 2nd step -2 and so forth. restart after each flight of stairs (4 in total).
At the top of the stairs we started 11s, starting with 10 Wonder Bra (push coupon forward, push it up) and 1 Dip at half way of the track.
We returned the coupons and had time for one more thing before Mary – Partner Carry around the roundabout with 2 Burpees when done (then switch).
