Preamble:
YHC loves Christmas and F3 and it just so happens that the two make a perfect pairing in the gloom.
Warm-O-Rama:
Quick lap around the main lawn and circle up for
- SSH
- Sprinkler
- Weed Picker
The Thang:
It wouldn’t be an F3 Christmas without the staple 12 Days of Christmas Routine. Here’s a pic of what we did. Tried to go with a spontaneous Rob Halford Christmas playlist that fell flat so we audibled to the classics that never disappoint on the cheer-o-meter.
All exercises were performed at one end of the lawn with a bear crawl to the opposite end and duck walk back in between
All the PAX pounded this out so we had a few minutes to head over to the low wall for some:
- Step-Ups x 30 IC
- Dips x 20 IC
- Derkins x 10 CC
Couple minutes of quick round-robin mary and we’re done
