From the goal line, run to the 25 yard line and do 25 big boy sit ups, back peddle to the goal line.
Run from the goal line to the 50 yard line and do 50 stone mountains, back peddle to the goal line.
Run from the goal line to the other 25 yard line and do 75 american hammers (single count). Back peddle to the goal line.
Run from the goal line to the opposite goal line and do 100 LBCs. Back peddle to the goal line.
Wait for the 6, then mosey back to the flag through the trial. Once back to the flag, the group did a morning call at the exercise equipment by the flag. Then we circled up and finished with diamonds, super man’s and flutter kicks. Time!
