SantaQ is Coming to Rubicon

Preamble:
SantaQ came to visit the naughty and the nice at Rubicon. He came bearing bags of coal for the PAX, both naughty and nice! As 0530 rolled around, SantaQ came in from the dark recesses of the Rubicon AO to administer a beatdown to one and all. We’ll sort out the naughty and nice later!
Warm-O-Rama:
SantaQ led the PAX into the gloom between the baseball field and circled the concession stand a couple of times. You don’t want anyone figuring out how to get to the North Pole!
Circled up for:
- SSH
- Weed Pickers
- Windmills
We continued our mosey up to the pool parking lot where eight tiny reindeer… uh, no. It was the girlfriends!
The Thang:
It is time for the
12 Days of Christmas
Performed just like the song: exercise 1. Then 2, 1. Then 3, 2, 1… and on until you work your way all the way down from 12 to 1.
Exercises went like this:
- A run
- Bagpee
- Bonnie Blair (no bag L/R=1)
- Goblet Squat
- Bag V-up
- Merkins (no bag)
- Overhead Press
- Bent Over Row
- Hammer Curl
- LBC (bag with arms extended straight up)
- Skull Crusher
- Lunge with bag twist (L/R = 1)
This took us right up to time for most while the gazelles were rocking some Mary.
COT:
