Eight stout lads gathered on a chilly morning to bath in the full moonlight washing over Dunwoody. As the 5:30 alarm bell rang out, we got down to it.
A quick Warm-o-Rama ensued, with 2 rounds each of 15 SSH, 15 Imperial Walkers, 10 Squats, 10 Stone Mountain Pushups, and 10 Large Arm Circles. (All IC).
An abbreviated mosey to the corner of the parking lot followed by an even more brief set of instructions so we could get moving.
A little four corner exercise – with each corner offering a little morsel – Corner 1 – 10 Hand Release Merkins, Corner 2 20 Low Dollys, Corner 3 30 Squats (Prisoner and then Sumo) and Corner 4 10 single leg lunges each leg. All of this was OYO and Single Count. 4 Rounds were done and much fun was had by all.
Mosey to the picnic tables for a little Incline Merkin and Dip combo. 3 sets of each, all IC and all x10.
Mosey to the P.O.P. (Pit of Pain) to find a rock to share. Circle up for a little rock work. 2 Rounds, all IC and all x10. Curls for the Girls, OTE (OverHead Triceps Extension), Over-Head Press, Squat and touch, Skull Crushers, and finally, Pick and Place (to each side).
After we replaced the rocks, we moseyed to the Seles stop for a quick round of Mary. All IC – High Dolly (x15) Box Cutters (x15), Obliques (x10 to each side). Low Flutter (x20).
Mosey back around the school to the parking lot.
