Preamble:
A beautiful day for a birthday. 19 men joined YHC to celebrate.
Warm-O-Rama:
We limbered up with 15 Imperial Walkers and 15 cotton-pickers
We the ran to the front of New Austin and did 15 more Walkers and cotton pickers.
The Thang:
A little 4 Corners
- 10 Merkins
- 20 Squats
- 30 LBC
- 10 8 Count body builders.
(That was so fun we did it twice more.)
Not thru yet, took a little mosey to the coupon circle for a round of Mary:
- 15 Leon’s box cutters
- 15 Lowlittas
- 15 big boy sit ups
- And a full set of obliques x 10.
We still have time to use so off we run to the top of the stop for 10 Merkins then on to the top of the trail.
Down to the creek and the stumps.
A round of 21, Dips and Derkins. It sounded good on paper, but it was a clock burner.
Time is almost up so back to the circle for some lunges up the hill to the front of the school again with 3 minutes to go.
Everyone on their six for 15 Advanced Boat Canoes.
