Back in the ‘olden days’ we met on Fridays for a 0.0, meaning we focused almost on weighted exercise, bulking up for the weekend! I decided it was a good day to bring back that old dog.
Met at the usual spot and did a Zamperini with coupons down to the parking deck out of the rain. Did a couple of warm up mosey laps, some SSH, weed-pickers, hillbillies, and overhead claps, and then got right into the weights.
Motivated by a Foo-Fighters playlist, and some dry cover in the parking deck from the freezing rain, we did the following on consecutive 30 second reps:
Curls (with coupons)
Lat Rows Laying Down (with coupons)
Squats (with coupons)
Lunges (with coupons)
Skull Crushers (with coupons)
Something else I can’t remember!
We did a total of 5 sets of the above, which lasted a good 3o minutes, and then nobody could raise their arms.
Finished with a Dora circle of 15 box cutters, 20 Gas Pumpers, and 20 American Hammers.
Prayed for Dough-Boy’s many aches and pains, Animal’s friend whose dad is concerned about a possible mass creating some worry for their family, and Ready-Mix’s half brother who needs prayer for issues with depression and addiction, effecting both he and his dad. Have a good weekend fellas.
