Here We Come a-Waddling

Preamble:

Today capped off YHC’s trifecta of Q’s this week.  Apparently I was channeling my inner Jocko when I signed-up for the Q tour this week but failed to realize it was the week after the TME 20-miler.  Oh well, a man’s got to keep his commitments and avoid mailing it in at all costs.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey up through the alley of darkness to one of the few beacons of light in a side lot to circle up for SSH, hillbillies, sprinklers, and bat wings IC

The Thang:

Just a short trip up the stairs to what I believe I heard referred to as the Norseman track for a routine I’m calling the:

-D Loop-

• Start with 21 Donkey kicks at one far end of the loop
• Duck walk to the opposite far end
• 20 Derkins
• Duck walk back to the start for 20 Donkey kicks
• so on and so forth decrementing by one rep on each side and duck walking in between

Made it down to round 11 and audibled to a mosey in between for time

A few minutes left after finishing so each PAX grabbed some wall for

• Rd 1: 5 Iron Spiders, 5 Chicken peckers (alpha count)
• Rd 2: 10 Iron Spiders, 10 Chicken peckers (alpha count)
• EC Rd: 15 Iron Spiders, 15 Chicken peckers (alpha count)

COT:

Praises for Blistex being under contract at both the house he’s selling in KC and the one he’s moving to in Milton.  Prayers also for a smooth and safe move back across the country after Thanksgiving.
