No-Beam workout

20 PAX for a day after getting an extra hour of sleep beat down.  For those of you that came for an I-Beam workout, I could see the disappointment in your eyes, but thanks to all who attended.

WARMUP

-Mosey to dark area between Roswell Area Park and Roswell North Elementary
-12 Cotton Pickers
-Lined up in line, one person did Marta down the rails, while each person in line did Side Straddle Hops, this continued with each person counting 5 seconds before following the next person down the rails.  Side Straddle Hops on finish line until 6 in.
THE THANG

  • mosey to football field
  • Pair up – One person ran 100 yards and back while the other did the following exercises.  This alternated until the team completed each count
    • 75 Burpees
    • 100 Jump Squats
    • 100 Carolina Dry Docks
    • 150 Mountain Climbers
    • 150 Squats
    • 200 LBCs
    • 200  Arm Presses
    • 150 Merkins
  • Bear got lost in the woods and took the PAX on a drunken mosey back to the starting point.
  • YHC couldn’t complete his own work out, I’m sure there is a fun name for this somewhere

MARY
Bear led a few minutes of Mary as we wrapped up.

COT
Prayers for I-Beam, his family, and Hardin his infant son.

Prayers for Sprocket and his family in relation to David.
