A callout was made on Slack to wear Red & Black to support the Dawgs this weekend as they take on an arch rival the Gators. YHC and 2 other Rubicon PAX (Lefty & Tech Support) are Dawgs married to Gators, so we know all about this week and house it divides a house. 17 PAX took the daily red pill, about half wearing the colors of old glory…. that of which would later determine partners for our hill adventure.
Head over to the side parking lot for:
Bat Wings (4 arm exercises consisting of forward arm circles, back arm circles, seal claps and overhead claps)

Repeat 3 times. Mosey the long way back to the flag, stopping for some DB drills in the side parking lot, then a stop at Grits pavilion for Step-ups and Dips. Back to the flag for 2 minutes of Mary
Prayers for Flo’s Mom who is ill, thankfully not Covid-related. Thundermeat Event this weekend. Prayers for our divided nation that we can come together after this election as one nation under God. Praise was spoken how fortunate we are to live in a place where one of the biggest issues we face in a given week is how we are “divided” on college football teams.
Coffeeteria & TNT after the workout facilitated great discussion about a house divided… not just with sports, but also politics. Words were spoken that it is an advantage for our children to hear both sides of the political spectrum. Submersion into opposing viewpoints is healthy and vital to a free society.
