There were 2 ruckers and 4 for the Twisted Surprise, in advance of this Saint2O edition of the Widowmaker.
Mosey to cul-de-sac to get warmed up:
Mosey back to upper lot for some Circle Burp.
Mosey down the steps to the big soccer field. YHC explained what we’re going to do: something of a 4 corners, escalating thing. In total, 5 laps around the field. Each time doing an exercise at each corner. First lap 10 burpees at each corner, then second lap, 20 merkins at each corner, then third lap 30 plank jacks at each corner, then fourth lap 40 air presses at each corner, and finally fifth lap 50 squats at each corner. During this time, the lights came on over the field, and it was quite a gloomy scene, while the fog burned off. Looked like it was getting close to soccer time, and the youths were starting to arrive and warm up, so we got off the field and went to the rock pile for some Colt-45’s. This was 15 low curls, 15 high curls, and 15 full curls. Then hold your rock over your head for the six. Rinse and repeat. Then return the rock and head to the bathrooms for some BTTW before the crowd arrives for soccer. Two rounds of partner BTTW, while the partner cheers on the other for 1 minute. Then mosey to the parking lot on the other side of the grass fields for some DB drills. Next some 11’s at the stairs, with star jumps at the top and 2-count lunges at the bottom. There was a trash can in the way of the stairs, but luckily Ha-Ha was there to save us and move the trash can.
Then mosey back to the flag, and time was up!
Prayers for all our blessings and those that need some.
There was some chatter about going for a bagel and a hot tub afterwards, hence the title above.
