The Grindstone has now been open for a month and YHC thought it a good time to christen a namesake routine that embodies the spirit of the AO.

After consulting the exicon for inspiration, YHC was ready to bring the pain. 5 PAX answered the call this morning to suffer through and take a few steps up the mountain.
Warmup – usual assortment of SSH, windmill, weed pickers
Mosey up to the park entrance to start the G.R.I.N.D. Begin at the first light pole, duck walk to the next and continue until finished.
Rd. 1 – 10 Groiners, 20 Ranger merkins, 30 Imperial walkers, 40 Newton’s cradles, 50 Diamond merkins.
Rd. 2 (head back up to the starting pole) – 50 Gorilla humpers, 40 Reverse LBC, 30 Imperial squat walkers, 20 Never cross dolly, 10 Double merkin burpees
Rd. 3 (GRINDicides) – suicide run to each light pole and back for the entire length of the parking lot performing 10 Bonnie Blairs at each pole along the way for a total of 60.
