Anticipating rain, I planned a very low-mosey BD and awoke to a double delight- 1, no rain. 2, a text from DC2 informing me that he was gracing the Pax with his presence this morning.

 

 

**I particularly enjoyed hearing Mufasa telling DC2 halfway round that this wasn’t a club that you could pick and choose when to attend. 🙂

Warm-O-Rama:

No Warmup, just a mosey to the rock pile and a directive to find 2 coupons and follow the Q to the pavilion for a planned dry beatdown.

The Thang:

Since we were all dry and no rain in sight, we moseyed to the half-way line on the pitch where I informed the PAX we’d proceed to bear crawl with the coupons and every 5 crawls, you’d stand and complete a set of earlier exercise. e.g. 5 crawls, 20 SSH’s w/Coupon, 5 crawls, 20 Curls, 5 Crawls, 20 Skullcrushers, 5 Crawls, 20 Lat lifts, 5 crawls, 15….

Once complete we returned the coupons to the pile, not before doing 70 curls for fun- thanks Kegger for the suggestion- and then back to the flag for some thunderstruck merkins.
