Q for 2

With many out due to travel and other commitments, just Sneakers and YHC worked out in the gloom in downtown Norcross.  Here’s what we did:

Mosey down to big field (with music playing in park speakers)

In cadence: Side straddle hop, Imperial walker, Cotton Pickers

Four corners: 20x Merkins, 20x Star Jumps, 20x Carolina Drydocks, 20x Squats

Four Corners: 20x Burpees, 20x Lunges, 20x Imperial Walkers, 20x Merkins, 20x Squats

Mosey to fountain…

20x Dips (on park bench) run up stairs and 20x Diamonds (3 sets)

Dora 1,2,3 – 100x Carolina Drydocks, 200x LBCs, 300x Monkey Humpers

Mosey around block

Mary: In cadence – Dying Cockroach, Freddy Mercury
