Eight brave souls came out in the damp, dark gloom for another Seles Saturday morning beatdown and everyone was satisfied with the outcome.
15 Side Straddle Hops, 10 Sumo Squats, 15 Peter Parkers, 10 Baryshnikovs (ea. leg), 15 Running with Scissors, 10 Floyd Mayweathers, i.c. Rinse & Repeat
Mosey north on Roberts Drive then turn right and come up the back trail into Austin school to the picnic area.
15 Step Ups and 15 Dips i.c. 3X
Mosey out the back of Austin school to the base of Scout’s Hill. Climb the hill alternating various combinations of lunge walks, broad jumps, inch worms, bear crawls and crab walks (passed a friendly skeleton in a yard waving to the PAX). Since everyone enjoyed it the first time. Repeat but this time starting at the friendly skeleton instead of at the base.
Cherokee Run to base of Nature Center Hill (got to use the new sidewalk on the west side of Roberts Drive!)
4 minutes of Mary: 8 exercises, 30 sec each. Box-cutters, LBCs, ABCs, Heels-to-Heaven, Low Leg Raises, Low Dolly, Dying Cockroaches, High Dolly
Mosey to Stumps: partner up and you and partner choose a stump. First partner carries stump past the gazebo to the large tree then returns while other partner does burpees (planned to do multiple times but unfortunately time was running out so only got one repetition in; the PAX were seriously disappointed!)
