No Grounding the BLIMPS

PAX (): The Dab, Flo, Scrooge, BRD, Saint 2.O, El Matador, Boomer

It was wet. And getting wetter. But 7 HIMs posted and we’re ready to go. Sunshine and Sneakers were noticeably absent, but the Dab was back. And thankfully are Dab was wearing that stupid hat like the other Newton. Here’s what happened.

Warmup:

  • Quick mosey and head towards Hurricanes.
  • SSH
  • Squats
  • Merkins

The Thang:

Indian Snake run over to the track. Instead of normal spot, mosey to start of straightaway. Run the straightaways and do something different at the curves. At start, do 5 Burpees, run, then bear crawl around the curve, run straightaway, and bear crawl second curve. Back at the start, do 5 Burpees and 10 Lunges (each leg). Second lap was duck walk. Keep adding letters so third round was 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers. Keep going until 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank jacks, 30 Squats. At the curves we did broad jumps, high knees, back pedal, and sprints for the last round. For an added challenge, faster pax had to use the outside lanes. Quick round of LBCs and Dollys while the six came in. Indian run all the way back to the flag with one quick stop to not get hit by a car, and a final sprint to the flag. Short Mary with Rosalita and Dying Cockroach. Done.
