In planning for today’s workout, YHC started out gathering a few of my recent favorites, focusing on upper body. This is what resulted.
Quick lap around the parking lot.
SSH, WP, IW, MNC
Head over to the lot by the old Hurricane’s and circle up for some Batwings: 20 forward arm circles, 20 backward arm circles, 20 seal claps, 20 overhead claps.
Head to the big field by the church and circle up for a Bear Crawl Ring of Fire Mucho Chesto: Start bear crawling in a circle, then stop and hold plank while we go around the circle doing five cycles of merkins (regular, wide, diamond, stagger left, stagger right) with bear crawling in between each.
Walk over to the small hill at the edge of the hill for some 11’s, with Carolina Dry Docks at the bottom and Burpees at the top.
Head back over to behind the old Hurricane’s and partner up. One partner holds low plank while the other partner goes across the parking lot and does 10 star jumps. 2 sets of this each
Next with your same partner, one holds reverse plank and the other does BTTW for 30 seconds. YHC couldn’t see my watch so we counted to 30 (Hoff is not allowed to count again).
Next we moseyed back towards the flag and stopped kind of in front of SBUX for some Captain Thor (1 BBS and 4 AmHam, then going up to 10 BBS and 40 AmHam).
Mosey back to the flag in perfect timing! (that’s a first for me)
