Mosey to Apostolic Church for 4 Corners. 1st corner of the parking lot: 10 merkins, 2nd corner: 10 Merkins, 20 Sumo Squats, 3rd corner: 10 merkins, 20 Sumo Squats, 30 arm circles, 4th corner: 10 merkins, 20 Sumo Squats, 30 arm circles, 40 LBCs. Work backwards and repeat 3rd corner, 2nd corner and 1st corner. oyo
Mosey down Roberts and up to the path behind Austin and back to the Platform of Pain for a Grateful Dead sandwich with Mary bread: 20 Heels-to-Heaven 3X, Grateful Dead, 20 Dying Cockroaches 3X.
Mosey to bottom of Nature Center Hill. Lunge walk back to the top 20 lunges i.c. then stop for 10 Boxcutters i.c. repeat until reaching the top of the hill.
Mosey back to school and finish with suicide sprints in the parking lot next to the picnic area (8 minutes of suicides)
