YHC wanted a leg day, and he got it. Mosey toward Perimeter Chapel, but stop at parking lot for some Lieutenant Dans. Only took one trip toward the church and back to finish 55 Squats and 220 Walking Lunge steps. That’ll ache a little tomorrow. But we’re not done.
Thang#2
Head down to the fire pit and proceed to do a modified Black Jack or 21s… This involved dips and step ups. If my math is correct, that means we did 210 dips and 210 step-ups. I’m not sure which will ache more, but the PAX powered through. Good work!
From here, mosey (YHC was winded and had to slow down the hard chargers) towards Homer’s Donut. A little bit of Mumblechatter from those who haven’t had a good bite of the donut. Bear crawl on you own around. Watch out for incoming cars!
Indian Run back to road and then OYO back to flag. Ended with some cockroaches, Tempo Merkins, LBCs, Big Boi Sit Ups and WW1 Sit ups, Gas Pumper and Dolly.
