Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey around the First Baptist Church and parking lot and then circled up for the following exercises.

  • SSH
  • Toy Soldiers
  • Cotton Pickers
  • Slow Squats
  • Slow Merkins

Pax disperse to pick up a lifting coupon, and then regrouped for the main event.

The Thang:

BOMBS – 25 reps of the following exercises with a 50-yard mosey to one end of the parking lot and back.

  • Burpees
  • Over Head Press
  • Merkins
  • Big Boy Sit-ups
  • Skull Crushers

Boomstick then took over to lead the following three sets of leg exercises to give our arms a break.

  • High Jumpers
  • Sneaky Lunges
  • Fielders

Rinse and repeat with BOMBS (with the following minor modifications) and leg exercises.

COMBS – Same as BOMBS but swap out Burpees for Curls with coupons.

DOMBS – Same as COMBS but swap out Curls for Dips.

With time running short, the PAX return the coupons back to their places and we mosey back to where the AO flag would be and MARY for the last few minutes of the beatdown.
