Workout was simple, but not easy, twelve days of Christmas style. During round 1, you complete the exercise from round 1. Round 2, you complete the exercises from round 2 then 1. Round 3, you complete the exercises from round 3, then 2, then 1. You get the picture.
Round 1: 5 Burpees
Round 2: 10 Merkins
Round 3: 15 Good Mornings with cinder block
Round 4: 20 Cinder Block Jump Overs
Round 5: 25 Curls with Cinder Block
Round 6: 30 Squats
Round 7: 35 Deadlifts with Cinder Block
Round 8: 40 Mountain Climbers
Round 9: 45 Rows with Cinder Block
Round 10: 50 Lunges
Round 11: 55 Cinder Block Swings
Round 12: 60 Cinder Block Thrusters
After 40 minutes of exercise everyone had their fill.
