This morning, 5 brave souls gazed out their windows. And staring into darkness and rain they saw a challenge and opportunity to test themselves in the wet and gloom. Each of those 5 men began the day with a victory.

Warm-O-Rama:

In the parking lot

  • Lunging Hip Flexor Stretch – 20 yds
  • Rinse Repeat 2 & 3

  • Forward Arm Circles x 10
  • Reverse Arm Circles x 10
  • Seal Claps x 10
  • Overhead Claps x 10

The Thang:

7 OF DIAMONDS
Four stations at each corner of the parking lot. First-round consists of 7 reps at each corner with a mosey (or sprint) between corners. Rounds 2 thru 4 increase by 7 reps. Rounds 5 thru 7 decrease by 7 reps.
  • Round 1: 7 Burpees x 4
  • Round 2: 14 Bonnie Blairs x 4
  • Round 3: 21 Flutter Kicks x 4
  • Round 4: 28 Squats x 4
  • Round 5: 21 Flutter Kicks x 4
  • Round 6: 14 Bonnie Blairs x 4
  • Round 7: 7 Burpees x 4

Circle up for some Mary. Nature cooled us with a nice river running down the parking lot.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I expected my virgin Q to have zero attendance but arrived at the glorious site of CIA standing, smiling, alone, in the rain. The only way to appear more Cusack-esque would be him holding a coupon overhead.
