Blimps are a favorite of mine and figured to mix it up just a little. We did suicide format across the field. At each line we added an exercise and completed all of the previous exercises:
25 Plank Jacks
15 Imperial Walkers (single count)
10 Lunges (double count)
Duck Duck Q
We circled up around midfield and did a round of Duck duck Q, the PAX tried to make up for the lack of burpees on this one and FNG Machu made a bold choice with the jump squat.

We did a couplf of Mary exercises and DC2 got ambitious with the flutter kicks but we stuck it out. Everyone grinded well today, especially with all of the hill repeats. Nice work everyone!
We prayed for all of our marriages and relationships. It has been trying on many families this year and even though some of us are more transparent about what they are going through, we want to acknowledge and pray for the entire group of men.
