The not-so-frozen Tundra (Strongest PAX 2 part deux)

AO: The Wreck

When: 09/14/2018

QIC: Grease Monkey

PAX (): Haggis, Flamer (FNG), Thumper, Krispy (FNG), Diez (FNG), Viking, Aflac, Sprocket, Jackelope, Crawfish, Divot, Rusty, Squeegee, Mad Dog, Smack Down, Grasshopper, Caffeine, I-Beam, Crab Legs, Circus, Bronco, Swamp Donkey, Double D, Slim, Switch, Goat, Grease Monkey

It was a pretty big crowd for a Friday at the Wreck, with three FNGs joining in for the fun. What’s better than your first time with cinders? (wait for the DD response…) At 0530 we moseyed – with an attempt at some misdirection, we still ended up heading for the dark side of the park. Old habits…

We circled up for a quick warmup: SSHs, Imperial Walkers, Merkins and Mountain Climbers. Then we moseyed around the back way to the football field with a quick stop at the Sweat Wagon to pick up some friends.

It’s been 9 months since we last did this Strongest PAX routine, and since there wasn’t a layer of ice/snow on the ground I figured we might get further along this time. I think I was wrong. No trophy at stake today (Crab Legs???) and just for fun we upped the rep count on everything +5. Pretty simple: 30 stations – make your way through them using the cinder for all. Beginning to think getting through all of them really just isn’t possible. YHC realized halfway through that he forgot to mention the Blockee audible; better judgement kept it unknown.
