YHC stepped up to lead week 2 of the Iron PAX challenge for the Wreck. With all the not-so-elite at the BRR this weekend, it left the true elite to crush week 2. A little bit of overnight homework on the workout and some early morning setup to get cinders and cones in place. Wickerberry of course showed up and we brought Ozzy and Kiffin as our +2 to the party. Then off to the races.

Warm-O-Rama:

Stretch and then a quick mosey from the flag to the football field to get started.
