With another new AO launching today, YHC knew the numbers would be small.
YHC pulled in, planted the flag and needed to do a quick mosey to scout the BD planned. Since the track is being renovated, access the the stadium was closed, so another set of stairs were going to have to do. On the way back YHC could only see Squeegee in the gloom, whom I EH’d for a post thinking we might be the only ones. Low and behold there was a Moonshine sighting and a regular at many AOs Swamp Donkey. Hopefully Rusty didn’t show late again and not find us…
5:30 hit and Moonshine was in a long winded story, I told him he had to talk while we took a short mosey.
As we passed the field house we grabbed a cinder block, dropped it in formation and returned to secure a 35# stone (I was scared of my own BD and suggested everyone grab a 35# stone).

Grab 35# stone however to haul a short distance to find a set of stairs.
The Thang
Take the stone up the flight of stairs
At the top perform 1 atlas squat
Return to the bottom and perform 1 atlas clean
Continue until Q calls
This one creeps up on you as you begin to build reps.
Most made it to round 10 – 10 atlas squats and 10 atlas cleans
YHC wanted to keep grinding rounds out, but also wants Pax to return for more manhood stone abuse.
YHC called it at round 10, flutters for the 6 (25? IC)
Grab 35# atlas stone to return to the storage location and exchange coupons – 35# stone for 36# cinder block (more grip to finish things out)
