11 PAX showed up big this morning for a tour around the track at PCS. Big run day for a 45 bootcamp as we clocked about 5,500 steps. Great way for YHC to start a day that would prove to be tough.
Mosey around the lot and circle up for some SSHs, Merkins, Arm Circles (front and back), and Cotton Mills. All in IC, varying rep counts.
The main event:
Mosey over the grounds of PC. Indian Run to the track.
At the track we partnered up for B.O.M.B.S. Partner A starts the work, Partner B moseys around the track. Switch when partner B completes the lap
- 50 Burpees
- 100 overhead claps with alternating knees
- 150 Merkins
- 200 Big Boy Sit-ups
- 250 Squats
Most teams finished, but we cut it short to make it back to the flag on time. Lunge walk for a spell to collect the sick, then sprint finish to the flag. Air Chair for the six at the flag.
Nama-o-rama: Nice first showing by Van Hagar. My man was born and raised in PCB which reminded the PAX of Joe Dirt’s haircut and the band Van Halen, thus Van Hagar was suggested and approved.
COT: Prayers for YHCs old man. The oncologist visit today was interesting and confusing, but we left with hope and a plan. It is well with my soul! Prayers for Mr. Drummonds son and the allergic reaction he is fighting. Dab asked for prayer for his M’s work. If there are some I missed, I’m sorry. It has been a day.
Nice work fellas, glad to encourage and be encouraged by you!
