Warmup: Mosey around the parking lot and back to The Flag for 14 SSH, 14 Windmills and 7 Merkins.
The Thang: Everyone got a sand baby to take to the front of the school where we performed for the balance of the time up to 7 rounds of the following:
1.- Deadlifts w SBBs 14
2.- Squats w SBBs 14
3.- Lunges w SBBs14 (L&R count as 2 Cricket 🙂 )
4&5.- T Bone Merkins 14 ( push=merkins, twist=T) w/o SBBs
6.- Rows w SBBs 14
7.- Brisk run around the front parking lot (as the crow flies between an 1/8th and a 1/4 mile)
Kudos for everyone who made it out for the 5:30 Beatdown. I believe Homeboy lead the charge to the end. It doesn’t heat any easier, we just get stronger.
