Mosey out the back of the school to the base of Scout’s Hill stopping at each intersection along the way for 5 8-count body-builders
Climb the hill alternating lunge walks and broad jumps
Cherokee run south on Chamblee Dunwoody with 5 merkins off the back then turn north on Roberts and end at the Nature Center Deck of Desperation for some Mary.
Mary: 24 Low Dolly, 24 Low Leg Raise, 24 Heels-to-Heaven, 24 Dying Cockroaches i.c. (a Nature Center staff member was not too happy about 14 sweaty men on their pristine deck, oh well)
Mosey to base of the Nature Center Hill for the Crowd Pleaser!: 5 Burpees at the bottom (working down to 1) then 3 stations on the way up the hill with 5 merkins at each station. At the top station, do 1 Burpee (working up to 5) then back down the hill and repeat 5 merkins at each station on the way down. Finish at the top (this is where the sweat be pouring out of those PAXes pores)
Mosey back to the Platform of Pain at the start through the back and stop at several intersections for the 5 8-count body-builder routine
Mary to finish: 12 Box-cutters, 12 Low Flutters, 12 High Leg Raise, 12 Freddie Mercurys i.c.

At the end, YHC heard some mumble chatter about this workout being the most they had ever sweat in their life; thus the beatdown title.
