Thing 3: Headed out of Wyntercreek Cir with a short mosey followed by Repeat Thing 1 to cul-de-sac at Meadowcreek Lane. After a briefly disturbing the peace and a little rebuke by Wynterhall’s neighborly compliance officer, we cut Mary Short and headed back out to Wyntercreek Dr once again doing Thing 1. At the corner of Wynntercreek Dr. we shifted to 200 ft sprint to corner of Wyntercreek Rd., From there, 1 burpee followed by 200 ft sprint. Then 2 burpees and 200 ft sprint to the entrance to Wynterhall Swim & Tennis. 2 sets of dips x 15, step ups x 15 by the tennis courts.
(Final Thang: Run from Wynterhall Pool back to benches in Nature Center (behind Austin) for some very quick fun with Coupons! 20 curls, 20 overhead press, then to the COT.
