The Thang: 2 Laps – alternating Jog and Run every 50 yards, broken up by sets of 10 Merkins on the 1st lap and 10 Squats on the 2nd (That’s 80 and 80) for those keeping score.
Mosey to the bleachers – (3 Sets of 10, each exercise, all IC) Dips, Step-Ups and Incline Merkins.
