Last minutes beatdown that was changing as we went on. The bandit guys ran through and Foley stopped and finished the remaining 5 minutes of the workout.

Warm-O-Rama:

15 side straddle hop

15 weed pickers

15 hillbillies

 

The Thang:

Circuit with exercise as time limit:

1st set bear crawls

2nd set farmer carries

3rd set crab walk

4th set lunges with kettle bells

5th set crawl bears

6th set run down stairs, do 20 dips, run back

Balance board:

1. Squats w/ dumbbells

2. Murkens

3. curls w/ dumbbell

 

25 lb plate:

1. overhead press

2. skull crushers

3. bus drivers

 

35 lb plate:

1. Bow ties

2. squats

3. lunges

 

25 lb plate:

1. Front raises

2. American hammers

3. Reverse LBCs

 

Kettle Bells:

1. Clean and press

2. Rows

3. Kettle bell swings

COT:

We prayed for those going back to school and Sprocket and his wife with their complications with their job
