PAX: Sell Out, White Claw, Yankee, Ozzy, Norm, Meltdown, Juul, Raider, Squeegee, Aflac, Windex, Switch, One Call
QIC: Grease Monkey
Nice and easy. That was the approach for today. No need for gloves and defying gravity; just a smooth reentry to the workout week. I got the feeling that some PAX didn’t believe me.
Easy mosey past the fields to an under served parking lot for a little warmup: SSH, Mountain Climbers, Windmills and Hillbillies. Then we moseyed around the back of the park getting in a little more distance than usual and making our way to the football field.
Simple 4-Corners. Easy peasy.
Corner 1: 10 Bobby Hurleys
Corner 2: 10 Bobby Hurleys, 20 Merkins
Corner 3: 10 Bobby Hurleys, 20 Merkins, 30 Big boys
Corner 4: 10 Bobby Hurleys, 20 Merkins, 30 Big boys, 40 J-Los
Then we reversed the order and went back down the ladder. Seems straightforward to YHC but some PAX had difficulty with the order/counting. We survived.
Wrapped this up with some Mary for the 6. Then over to the bleachers/wall.
1o Dips on Wall
10 Decline Merkins
Bunny hop up the stands and back down
Rinse and Repeat x 2 adding 5 reps each round
Some extended planking to finish it out
30 LBCs for good measure
Back to the flag. 6 (YHC) rolled in with no time to spare.
Congrats to One Call -latest 2.0 Francis made her appearance last week.
Sell Out putting together a service day to clean up some of the river parks. Stay tuned.
Always a pleasure to lead this group of men. Like I said, nice and easy.
