Looking for a parking spot

Preamble:

Last time I was at The Storm I looked up at the beautiful stairways to  heaven (a.k.a 6th floors of parking deck) and I knew I had to do something with it. Well, today’s the day.

Warm-O-Rama:

We run up the parking deck. One floor the long way via the lot, 4 floors running up the stairs and last floor bunny hops up the stairs. Added some Weed Pickers, SSH and Chain Breakers and YHC felt we were all warmed up properly.

The Thang:

BLIMPS

BLIMPS stand for Burpees, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Peter Parker and Squats.

We started with 10 Burpees on the 6th floor.

Run down the stairs to level 1 and run up the long way through the lot to do 10 Burpees and 10 Lunges (alpha count).

Run down the stairs to level 2 and run up the long way through the lot to do 10 Burpees, 10 Lunges (alpha count) and 10 Imperial Walkers (alpha count).

…

Ending with full BLIMPS, 10 of each and alpha count where applicable.

One PAX stopped to almost Splash Merlot. Another almost had it coming from the other side. Good day.

LBCs waiting for the 6.

YHC grossly under-estimated the time it will take to complete these BLIMPS and couldn’t do the next part he had in mind. Oh well.

We came back to the flag for quick 4 corners near the flag. Monkey Humpers, J-Lo’s, Bonnie Blairs and Alternate Shoulder Taps. Single counts. 15 of each, 10 of each and 5 of each. Added 15 Rosalita IC and called time.

COT:

Snowman’s father’s funeral is tomorrow.

Hushpuppy had a good interview earlier this week, crossing fingers for good news.

Swiper is using a 4 hour drive to bring his daughter to college as an excuse to miss the Widow Maker. He’s forgiven.
