Oh yea, I’m Q…

The PAX: Flo, Sunshine, Boomer, El Matador, Scrooge, Meatball, Saint2O, Readymix, Ballboy, Pooh Bear

So, YHC was commenting to a couple PAX on Sunday afternoon that I didn’t know who was Q.  I figured it out when I woke up on Monday morning – I’m Q.

WARM UP
Short mosey around the PL with the usual warmup rotation, then followed by some

  1. Weedpickers
  2. Squats
  3. Merkins
  4. SSH

THANG 1
Short mosey to the middle of the PL – line up and run to the other side and every other line, do 10 Merkins, next line, 10 Werkins, then 10 Rangers and 10 HRMs.

THANG 2

Mosey to the PC hill for a little Dora with a Twist.  The usual, 100, 200, 300 count, but at each milestone, the partner group had to stop and do 20 partner burpees.  After round 1, YHC dialed it back to 10 burpees.

One partner 1 performed the exercise, partner 2 bear crawled up the PC hill, then mosey back around to the bottom.

Exercises were:

  1. 100 HRMs
  2. 200 V-ups
  3. 300 LBCs

The partner burpees did not disappoint.  A few more LBCs and American Hammers for the six and we mosey’d.

THANG 3

Short mosey to the PC stairs and partner up again.  YHC dubbed this routine the “hamster wheel.”  1 Partner wheel-barrels up, then wheel-barrels back down the stairs – just like you’re on a hamster wheel (hey, I’m not the most creative PAX).  Flap-jack and that’s round 1.  PAX did two rounds and we mosey’d back to the flag.

MARY

Just a couple minutes of mary with some LBC Flutter kicks (crowd-pleaser) and one or two others I can’t remember.

COT
Prayers for some health issues, a couple PAX injuries, PAX marriages and just that we would intentional impact those around us with grace.
