PAX (): Green Bean, Go Green Go, Mufasa (WD), Sketchy, Swiper, Foghorn, Hickory Stick, Trojan, Nacho Libre, No-See-Um, GRITS, Boomer

12 PAX pulled themselves out of the fartsack for the guaranteed leg pain.  The Rubicon continues to grow, and I think 10 faithful PAX were ready to go at 5:20.

Warmup: IC

  • SSH
  • Imperial Walkers
  • Squats
  • Merkins
  • 10 burpees OYO

Mosey to field.  Grab a rock along the way.  4 cones about 20 feet apart for pain stations.

First Round

  • Broad jump with rock to first cone
  • 10 rockees
  • Hop on one foot with rock to second cone
  • 15 star jumps
  • Lunge with rock to third cone
  • 20 monkey humpers
  • Backpedal with rock to fourth cone
  • 25 squats with rock
  • Sprint back to beginning

Second Round

  • Shuffle right with rock to first cone
  • 10 rockees
  • shuffle left with rock to second cone
  • 15 star jumps
  • duck walk with rock to third cone
  • 20 monkey humpers
  • sprint with rock overhead to fourth cone
  • 25 squats with rock
  • spring to beginning

Backpedal with rock to fourth cone and spring back.

Return rock and mosey.  Circle up for 30 seconds of Air Squared.  Then straight into 30 seconds of jump squats AMRAP.  Repeat until PAX go for 2 and 1/2 minutes.  30 second break then 2 and 1/2 more minutes of air squared/jump squats.

Mosey to high wall.  10 burpees OYO with step ups on high wall.  Step ups IC x 10.

Mosey to wall for People’s Chair.  PAX run one at a time to tree and perform monkey humpers x 20 to PAX amusement.  PAX stuck in People’s Chair until all PAX hump that monkey.

Great group out on a humid and windless A.M.  We loved having GoGreenGo join us from F3 Shelby.  Good to have Sketchy back.  Swiper continues his amazing streak of 4 consecutive posts since virgin post.  Peanut reached deep into the #excuse bag (Bachelorette viewing party?) to justify staying in the fartsack.  That is the definition of a #sadclown to not post because of the Bachelorette!  Peanut is not a sadclown so I know he’s posting Thursday.  We definitely need DV and/or Crack to keep the mumblechatter going throughout the beatdown.  Especially during the 5 minutes of air squared/jump squats.  I think we need another second F.  HDHH anyone?  Locations with cheaper beer than Hop Alley?  Let’s keep getting stronger.
