15 Pax gathered in the gloom Tuesday at The Rubicon. There was a Fondue guy sighting. Good seeing him back from his travels.
We started with a nice mosey to the parking lot behind the Wills park pool. Warmup exercises were: SSH, Cotton picker, Imperial Walkers and one round of Circle Burps.
Next a mosey over to field of dreams for a gamblers delight workout affectionately known as Blackjack. Pax lined up on the first base side of the infield facing the fence. Exercise was 1 merkin, then run to the fence, then 20 lbc’s = 21 total count. Rinse and repeated until the total equaled 20 merkins and 1lbc.
After a brief 10 count a mosey folllowed to the pavilion. Next exercise was the “Hail Mary”. Pax partnered up. One pax in plank position while the other pax placed their feet on their partners back and their hands on a bench and performed 10 dips. Pax flapjacked until 3 rounds were complete.
Final exercise was the “Wall of Fire” 1 parter performed a peoples chair against a post while the other performed 10 American Hammers, 10 Squats and 10 single leg lunges. Pax flapjacked until 3 rounds were complete. Mosey back to the flag for one round of Mary (Dolly’s)
