The Thang:
Mosey to football field for some 11s.
Round 1
Starting at the sidelines w Burpees, run to midfield and Squat it out.
Round 2
Start with Star Jumps, then this time, PAX ran across to other sideline for LBCs…
Round 3
Pulled up on the bench for some Dips to kick it off, run to midfield for some Merkins…
While at the 50 yard, we lunged back to the end zone for some partner workouts.
Shoulder taps while partner sprints to the 50(again)
Switch
Mountain climbers while partner sprints to the 40
Mosey off the field for an indian run around the parking lot.
