Sculley Sighting

Preamble:

YHC was back from a week of vacation and more than ready to get back to the gloom.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey west from the flag to make the long loop around the trail to see a bouncing headlamp approaching with a familiar gait….Sculley!  A Grindstone stalwart HIM out in the early gloom accelerating OYO while he heals-up his rotator cuff.  He hung with us for the remainder of the loop stopping for 10 merkins at several intervals along the way to keep the PAX together.

Circle up in the big ass parking lot for:  SSH, IW, Good Morning, Weed Pickers, and Copperhead Squats

The Thang:

Mosey up to one of the many baseball fields for Field of Dreams:  Home Plate – 10 burpees, 1st Base – merkins, 2nd Base – crunchy frog, 3rd Base – squats.  Bear crawl between bases.

Head back to the big ass parking lot for a jumbo 4 corners:

Corner 1 – 25 merkins

Corner 2 – 50 jump-tucks

Corner 3 – 75 LBC

Corner 4 – 100 SSH

butt-kickers the lengths, high-knees the widths

Mosey back around behind the football fields to the kick wall where each PAX did a wall sit while we took turns doing 10 donkey kicks down the line.

Head back to the flag for just enough time to knock out a session of bat wings and a few freddie mercury IC.

COT:

Prayers for families of lost ones, job searches, patience for job searches, and overall safety of our families.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Zohan attended the memorial service for our recently fallen brother, Biscuit Barn, who succumbed to addition a couple weeks ago.  He shared some great insight into how we should always be striving to stay emotionally connected with our shorties to ensure they know they are loved unconditionally and to help them through the inevitable struggles this life will bring.  We need to focus on building bridges with them and not walls.  Aye.
