As 5:30 approached and Badapple acting as a distraction, I was finally able to relax and enjoy my bday Q without the threat of having to be crushed by wearing Sprocket’s weighted vest.

Bronco reminded the group that the Beer Mile will be held on Saturday, July 25th at 4pm.  The sign up sheet and rules can be found on the general channel (among others).

Naked-Man Moleskin:

A little over two years ago Circus invited me to come work out with some friends.  I’d just finished training for a marathon and considered myself to be in pretty good shape.  Aflac’s beatdown that day showed me otherwise!

Today was a Bday Q for me so a thanks goes out to all of you guys for encouraging, pushing and supporting me in the past two years.  Because of this, I’ve grown physically and mentally, and gained a lot of great friends along the way. Squeak and I often reflect that it’s great to be getting younger!
