PAX (): AFLAC, Squeegee, Grease Monkey, Virginia Slim, Maddog, Sell out, Sprocket, Haggis, Doogie, Swampdonkey, Zima

A few weeks ago I was looking at the Q sheet for The Wreck and saw a few openings sprinkled in July.  Since an open Q spot is a hot commodity at The Wreck I decided to jump on a post 4th of July opening.  Admittedly, it was easy for me to come up with what I wanted to do.  A BD fit for I-Beam.  Backstory: One Friday morning at The Wreck as were just about finishing up I-Beam noticed I was wearing a Dwayne Johnson Underarmour muscle shirt.  He said something along the lines of “you need bigger arms to wear a shirt like that” Too bad he wasn’t here to enjoy it….

With that said at 0530 11 of use started on a mosey to the nearby parking lot for the warmup.

Warm-o-rama

SSH, Imperial Walker, Weedpicker and Mountain Climbers got us started.  After the warm up it was time to mosey to the playground.

The Thang

Once at the playground PAX paired up.   Partner 1 started with pull-ups.  Rep count was 10,8,6,4,2.  While partner 1 did pull-ups partner 2 did diamond derkins until parter 1 completed their pull-ups.  Flapjack until both partners completed all rep counts.  Once done, a brief plank for the six and then a mosey over to the wall by the hill/baseball field.   2 rounds of dry dock derkins and dips.  Rep count was 12 in round 1, 15 in round 2.

Next it was over to the rock pile where each partner group picked up one rock.  Then it was over to the football field for Dora 1-2-3.

Starting at the goal line with the rock, round 1 was 100 total merkins with one hand on the ground and one on the rock.  While partner 1 did merkins partner 2 ran to the 50 and then ran backwards back to the goal line. Round 2 was 200 skull crushers and Round 3 was 300 curls.  Rinse and repeat for rounds 2&3.

Once finished, it seemed like everyone had finished up rather quickly….could it have been the rock size perhaps? Before we returned the rocks we did a quick round of American Hammers as a pair.  100 total count with your rock.  After we returned our rocks it was back to the flag.  But before one more stop at the wall for 2 rounds of derkins and dips.  Except this time rep counts of 20 and the dips with one leg in the air.  When done, it was time to mosey back to the flag where we made it back right on time.

COT

Hogwallow was going to be a bit different this Sat – Soccer match lead by AFLAC.  Coffeeteria right after at Crazy Love.  At Crazy Love, Slim approved of the brief mosey’s in between each part of the beatdown.  It was a warm up for Monday – hosted by Slim.
