100 yards crab crawl.  5 big boys every 20 yards.  Jog back.  Straight arm plank until everyone back to line

100 yards bear crawl. 10 pushups every 20 yards.  Jog back.  Straight arm plank until everyone back to the line.

100 yard lunges.  5 burpees every 20 yards.  Jog back.  Straight arm plank until everyone back to the line.
