Started with a quick mosey around the park and stopped by the stage for a quick warmup.

Warm-O-Rama:

  • 15 SSH
  • 10 Weedpickers
  • 10 Windmills
  • Arm Circles
  • Neck Circles

The Thang:

  • Sun Salutation A x3
  • Vinyasa with 10 merkins
  • Downward dog leg over stretch both legs
  • Downward dog situps x2
  • Warrior 1 to 2 to reverse to arm to ground stretch (L)
  • Bonnie Blairs in Warrior 1 position x10
  • Warrior 1 to 2 to reverse to arm to ground stretch (R)
  • Stretch over leg jumps x10 then back to standing position
  • Burpee to Plank + Vinyasa to back to standing x5
  • Wide Legs forward fold x3 + 10 Sumo squats + Wide Legs forward fold x3
  • Side lunge x 5 to Triangle on left then right
  • Vinyasa to Warrior 1 to 3
  • Warrior 3 to Moondog
  • Warrior 3 lunges + bonnie blair to switch legs x5
  • Warrior 3 squats Left : Right
  • Left (Chair leg extend : Cross leg chair )Right (Chair leg extend : Cross leg chair)
  • Tree (left:right)
  • Vinyasa to plank
  • 10 balance planks, down on one arm, roll to sides, Bow : Boat:
