Mosey, Weed Picker, Hill Billy, Hand Release Merkins, Plank Jacks
Starting where we did the warm up, we begun with Up and Down Circle, a variation of the burpee circle. The PAX did Monkey Hampers. Each PAX in turn called either Up for a Jump Squat or Down for a Burpee.
We moseyed to another part of the parking lot for a Dora. 100 Lunges (alpha count), 150 Squats and 200 LBC. While one partner did the exercises, the other Broad Jumped (while doing lunges) or Bear Crawled (during squats and LBCs) in the parking lot.
After a brief 10 count we moseyed again for 11s. Starting against a wall with 10 Donkey Kicks and running to an opposite curbside for 1 Mike Tyson, making our way to 1 and 10.
We finished the Thang with another partner exercise – one partner does Balls to the Wall while the other does Burpees. 3 rounds – 7 burpees, then 6 and then 5.
Back to the flag. Mary included Dying Cockroach, Flatter Kicks, Gas Pampers, American Hammers, Freddy Mercuries and Tempo Merkins
