While one group of PAX played (and drank and ate bacon!) up in the mountains, the foothills PAX celebrated with a “best of” Seles beatdown that included most of the Seles exercise favorites. A pleasurable workout was had by all!

Mosey to bottom of Hill for 4 minutes of Mary: 8 exercises, 30 sec each: ABC, Heels-to-Heaven, Low Dolly, 30-60-90 Protractors, High Dolly, L over R, R over L, LBC
Mosey back to Start for Crowd Pleaser: 1 8-count Body Builder at the bottom of the hill then 5 merkins at 3 stations each going up and down the hill and 5 8-count Body Builders at the top. Repeat by adding 1 8-count Body Builder each time at the bottom and reducing by 1 at the top until completion of 5 at the bottom and 1 at the top.
Mosey back to bottom of Hill at school for another 4 minutes of Mary: 8 ex. 30 sec ea: Mason Twist, Low Flutter, Freddie Mercury, Low Leg Raise, Dying Cockroach, Boxcutters, High Flutter, LBC
Mosey to Stumps and choose a stump to carry over to the fireplace and back.

Sleeper has been wanting to return but needs a smaller group, so he is going to start up a “Sleeper Cell” group on Saturday mornings that is running centric and limited to 7 people or less.
