The mind can be a powerful tool. It can convince us to get up at 4:30 am or choose the comfortability of the fartsack. Those PAX who choose to overcome the weakness of the mind, find that the warm embrace of F3 will make them better, and believe that they can conquer this trap called mediocrity. 4 PAX chose to fight the suck and enrich their minds for a Tuesday morning beatdown.
Mosey to the main entrance of our AO for warm-up:
Modified, escalating, run day BLIMP
Pax ran one lap around The Firehouse (1.5 miles) with 5 stops:
Stop 1: 10 Burpees
Stop 2: 10 Burpees, 20 Lunges
Stop 3: 10 Burpees, 20 Lunges, 30 Imperial Walkers
Stop 4: 10 Burpees, 20 Lunges, 30 Imperial Walkers, 40 Merkins
Stop 4: 10 Burpees, 20 Lunges, 30 Imperial Walkers, 40 Merkins, 50 Plank Jacks
Our total mileage ended being 2.3 miles per Snowden’s watch. Between each station, Indian run was done by PAX. The pain stations were rampant with a little mumble chatter, but we were all better for it.
Mosey back to flag with time to spare. Captain Thor became our Mary, and well worth the work for our betterment.
Great work by all men today. Prayers for Clucker and his continued job search and interviews upcoming.
